This form is for new volunteers only. If you have volunteered for the Camping Committee before: Click here to look up your Volunteer ID Number.

This form is an application to volunteer for the Camping Committee of the Philadelphia Folk Festival. It is only an application. You are not a volunteer until you have provided proof of identity on-site, and been issued a badge. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patron or volunteer.

We will keep all information you furnish in the strictest confidence.

The process is as follows:

  1. You fill out this application, and recieve your Volunteer ID Number
  2. You log onto this website
    • Fill out a Mailing Address Card
    • Fill out an Emergency Contact Card
    • Officially register for this year
  3. Check in and pick up a badge at the Festival. You will need a Photo ID.
  4. Show up to all of your shifts fed, rested, and ready to work.
